Thank you for keeping in mind that you are buying from an artist (me!) not a company. I work with my husband Kristian from my art studio in Australia to handle all collector enquiries. We are working hard to bring you beautiful things.
DO YOU DO COMMISSIONS?
Yes, commissioned original artworks are available. You can finding pricing and even place an order for one : here. Feel free to send through (commissions@amandajones.art) colour palette or prose inspiration from Amanda's body of work, attaching imagery or links is always helpful. You can also send us any dimensions for a custom quote.
WHAT IF THE POSTMAN DAMAGES MY DELIVERY?
We will of course send you a replacement! Send photos of the damage as soon as you can, as well as the packaging and the shipping label to hello@amandajones.art so we can get that to you as swiftly as possible.
WHAT IF MY PRINT HAS A FAULT?
Fine art printing is a refined art form involving ink calibration, paper stock variations, cutting alignment, bleed settings and hue shifts. If your print is in any way not 100% perfect, I would love to replace the piece for you. Send a photo of the imperfection to hello@amandajones.art for a replacement.
MY PARCEL IS MISSING?
You should receive tracking for delivery. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time provided by your tracking email, please first check with the courier delivering the package. If they aren't able to provide an ETA, please reach out to us with your order number.
CAN I RETURN AN ART PRINT?
Each art print and frame was made just for you and shipped directly from my print studio. Unfortunately, they are currently unable to accept returns. Please take care when selecting your art pieces.
