Thank you for keeping in mind, you are buying from an artist (me!) not a company. I work with my husband Kristian from my art studio in Sydney to handle all customer service. We are working hard to bring you beautiful things.

 

RETURNS

Due to working with various print artisans around the world, we are unable to accept returns. Please take care when selecting your art pieces as these bespoke print studios are not set up to handle returns for us.

We can happily replace any damaged or faulty pieces.

 

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your art arrives damaged in any way please contact us immediately at hello@amandajones.art so we may lodge a claim with our postal service and replace the piece for you.

In order for the claim to be made please get in touch within 3 days of the parcel arriving and include photos of the damaged parcel and art with your order number.

 

FAULTY PRINTS

Fine art printing is a refined art form involving ink calibration, paper stock variations, cutting alignment, bleed settings and hue shifts. If your print is in any way, not 100% perfect, I would love to replace the piece for you. We can do this by contacting hello@amandajones.art with photos of any damage or imperfections.

 

MISSING PARCELS

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time provided by your tracking email please get in touch at hello@amandajones.art within 3 days to lodge a missing parcel enquiry.
