Terms and Conditions

This document formally establishes the terms and conditions governing the contractual relationship between our company (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") and the individual or group making a booking (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your"). By proceeding with a booking, you explicitly agree to these terms. A booking is deemed confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and issuance of a confirmation from us.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit amounting to 20% of the total tour cost is required. The balance must be settled in two installments as specified on the booking page at the time of deposit submission. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in forfeiture of your booking. Bookings made within 90 days of the trip's commencement require full payment at the time of booking.

The tour price includes all items detailed in the listed inclusions. Payments made in currencies other than Australian dollars will be subject to the exchange rate in effect on the day of payment. You bear the responsibility for any fluctuations in exchange rates or transaction fees incurred. Payments via credit card or online platforms may attract additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for participation in this trip. Proof of such insurance, covering personal accidents, medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other relevant risks, must be provided at the time of your second payment.

Cancellation fees are structured as follows:
- The deposit is strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 90 days or more before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of departure will result in no refund.

Liability

We disclaim any liability for events beyond our control or for the actions of third-party service providers. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the trip.

COVID-19

In the event that Covid-19 restrictions impact your travel plans, we will endeavor to refund any recoverable costs. However, if you choose to cancel due to concerns about Covid-19, our standard cancellation policy will apply. Should your tour be interrupted by Covid-19 after it has commenced, we will provide assistance to the extent possible, but any additional expenses will be your responsibility.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
