Iluka Studios works with high quality, reclaimed Australian hardwoods. Each timber shows natural variations and grain pattern as they are milled and cured by hand in their workshop (which happens to be right next door to Amanda's studio).

Australian blackbutt (image 1) is a light to medium colour.

Spotted Gum (image 2) is a dark and rich colour. 

Black and white options are painted by hand so that the natural grain of the timber is still visible.

To have an artwork stretched without a frame add this item to your order. All original artworks are created with raw cotton canvas and will be shipped unstretched and rolled unless this item is added to order.
