I dreamt I was painting, 
pushing colours around the canvas
aqua ultramarine, cobalt
I was painting words, but they were being spoken to me
"get out of your head, get out of your head"
ringing like a problem to be solved.
I woke up
and the answer to the problem arrived,
“and into the ocean.”
